Website Service Plan:
With the instances of site hacking and virus attacks increasing daily and the requests for support on setting up email accounts on customer PCs increasing, we have come up with a Service Plan option that customers can sign up to. (N.B. Customers on the Premium Hosting Plan, will have this included as default.) The plan details are as follows:
Cost - €39/Month or €399 per year.

- Daily Site Backups (including databases). Backups cover the last 5 days and all backups are then backed up weekly to an offsite disk.
- Email Account Support. We currently provide free support for issues with the email server, whereas this service plan provides support in setting up email addresses on your office computers, laptops, Iphones, etc.
- Free recovery from virus attacks, hacking attacks and mistakes you make in editing your site that require restoration.

N.B. Unlike shared hosting packages, customers on DG Group dedicated servers are NOT given FTP details into the server as this would introduce a security risk for other customers on that server. However, copies of websites on CD and hosting control panel access (allowing you to manage your own email addresses) are provided as standard.
