| Welcome to our email support page. Below you will find some useful video clips showing the procedure for setting up an email account on your PC using various email packages.
Please Note:
The videos below are provided as an on-going support aid for our clients. The DG Group will help all clients to setup their local email connection to our servers when the hosting account is created. We are delighted to now be able to offer ongoing telephone support to any DG Group clients who have purchased a Website Service Plan or who have a Premium Business Hosting Plan. If you are not a DG Group Customer and you do not have a Website Service Plan or Premium Business Hosting account, you should contact your preferred PC Maintenance Company for help with any local errors on your email system. Alternatively, contact us to sign up for our website service plan, which includes ongoing email support.
Email Setup Videos:
When using these videos you will need the following information to hand:
- Your Email User/Login Name:
You should insert your complete email address when asked for this, i.e. jsmith@mydomain.com
- Your Password:
You will have been told this previously, but if you do not have it to hand, please call us and we can reset it.
- Incoming Mail Server Address:
This is always your domain name preceded by the word "mail." It should therefore look like this - mail.mydomain.com
- Outgoing Mail Server:
This is always your domain name preceded by the word "mail." It should therefore look like this - mail.mydomain.com
